  2. Recognize and accept areas your can’t control; rate areas you can control and act upon them.
  3. You already have as much time there is. and there isn’t any more.
  4. You can’t save time, you can only spend it. Spend it where it will give you the greatest returns.
  5. Working for long hours can actually reduct or erase your productivity.
  6. If you work smarter, instead of harder, you can be productive and relaxed at the same time.
  7. Successful self management is the result of developing good habits and letting them control you thereby giving you freedom.
  8. It takes 30 days of conscious and spaced repetition of an action to devlop a new habit or elimiate an old one.
  9. If things aren’t getting done, there are many common productivity killers that may be at fault.
  10. Recognize your weaknessess and develop a plan to build new habits then.
  11. New habits are fragile, creating them requires commitmen.t
